 RSULe Rappresentanze Sindacali Unitarie (tre componenti), elette ogni tre anni da tutti i lavoratori della scuola, hanno la responsabilità di stipulare con il Dirigente Scolastico il contratto d’Istituto, nel rispetto dell’autonomia e del ruolo degli Organi Collegiali, e di decidere insieme l’utilizzazione del personale docente e ATA nelle attività dell’Istituto.
